Howick House
The client was developed for a site in East Auckland. The style was intended to be classic and with extensive use of natural finishes both externally and in the interior. The house has an old world feel whilst remaining up to date with extensive use of electronics. We were involved in developing the overall design from start to finish. Providing concept, planning and construction detailing and contract management. Extensive documentation included kitchen and bathroom drawings along with colour schemes and detailed landscape design for the exterior.
