18 Houses at Ronaki Rd for Housing NZ
DLM were invited to build 18 new houses at Ronaki Road as a design build contract for Housing NZ. The preliminary design had already been completed by the time we were engaged, so our focus was on documentation, detailing and contract observation. Whilst the site presented a number of challenges, DLM & the contractor were able to work collaboratively delivering this project on time and to a high level of finish. The success of this project has resulted in DLM being invited to work on a similar design build development on the neighbouring site.
