Epsom House
A renovation to the rear of an old but distinctive house in Epsom. The brief was to provide a new living area that opened the house to the rear and northern aspect. The alteration included a new kitchen, laundry, dining and family room and some rationalization of the upper floor. The rear of the house was gutted and simplified with large opening doors to the north, opening on to an extensive terrace, large lawn and pool area.
